  1. I personally liked the game. I feel it was very realistic. I felt like I was actually there in that time period. I would give it four out of five stars because even though it was fun and realistic it was annoying at times. Sometimes I couldn't get to places or when I got to where I needed to be for something I needed to go find a pencil exc. for someone. Otherwise, I had a lot of fun playing and it was a good experience and i learned a lot from it.

  2. I for one liked the game. It was fun. I rate it a 4 out of 5, because I think there should have been more places to go and visit and more people to talk to. Also they should have made the items trickier to find, because it would have been a challenge. Other than that I personally liked the game.

  3. Personally i liked the game. However i would give it 3 stars. Because it didnt give much info about the Boston massacre and such. Also, you didnt get to see alot and you could only go 5 or 6 places. Otherwise i thought the game was pretty good.

  4. In my opinion I agree with Emily because the game seemed very real to me, it was like I was really there and participating in the events. For instance, when there was the trial of the red coats I was asked questions i felt like i was really at a trial, and it felt so real to me like it was actually happening. I would give this game a 5 out of 5.

  5. In my opinion this game was great! By playing as Nathaniel I felt as if I was actually in Boston. I gave the game 5 stars because I learned a lot while having fun! Also, I liked the game because at the very end you got to choose your fate and which way you go.

  6. I too enjoyed the game. I agree completely with Jenna and Emily. The game was fun but there should have been more people to talk too and like Emily said, you shouldn’t have to have gotten the pencil ext. But it did feel like u were actually there and u had to make some difficult decisions, but in the end, the game ended up being really fun. I give it a 4.5-5.

  8. In my opinion it was a great game. It was cool to play as 14 year old boy around my age in Boston, also you can make your own choices of what you wanted to do, and it was very fun. I give it 5 out of 5!

  9. I give this game a 4. I’ve done this because over all it was good. I think this way because the story was fun and long and you were allowed to chose your own path so there was different endings. Another reason why I like this game is there is games you get to play once you finish the game. There is one dislike about this game I think it would be better if u could walk around as a person instead of clicking on things all the time. Over all this game was fun

  10. I give it three and a half stars because I learned more about what happened in the time before the revolutionary war. Plus, I had a choice of the path I wanted to choose rather than it only having one path to take.

  12. I personally liked the game, because it felt like your were there in the game it was all about the Boston Massacre. Also it put yourself in the game as a character named Nathal and it felt as the game was realistic. So if I had to rate the game, I would give a 4 out of 5, because the game really had focused so much on the Boston Massacre. But I have to agree it was a great game.

In my opinion I agree with Emily T, because I also, felt like I was in the period of time and in the game. Three things that I liked about this game is that it was very informational, and factual about what happened in the period of time. For example, at the end of the game in the epilogue it showed the Boston massacre, and the sailors dumping, and throwing the tea into the ocean. Also, the other thing that I liked bout the game was that it actually let you talk, and respond to the people in the game. There was nothing that I didn't really like about the game except that it only has 2 games on the extras. Therefore, I would rate this game 5 out of 5 stars.

  16. I enjoyed this game very much, it included good information from that time period. I would rate it four out of five because the game was very realistic for that time period. However, at times the game got annoying because an item was hard to find or a part was confusing. Overall I really liked the game. Brian G Period 5-9 A

  27. I give this game 5 stars out of 5 because you have to do many fun tasks and meet historical people of that time. The task that was the most fun was when you had to find all the materials for Mrs. Edes Spinning Bee. You also meet Paul Revere though out the game. It was also historically accurate.

I would give it a 4 out of 5. the game gave good info on the tea party and even some on the Bossten massicur. the story also included important figures and groups like Paul Rever and the sons of liberty. Although i wish there was more interaction with walking around with arrow keys.

  32. My review of Mission US is average. Nothing special, just a game. It was entertaining and educational, but lacked length and could have been better. I for one am disappointed. Mission US to me, was a let down. Don’t get me wrong it was still good, but it needed more “pizzazz”. To sum up, it needed a little more to it and I was disappointed.

  36. This game was great and that is why I give this game 5 stars.First, this game was very simple and it gave me a good understanding of what happened in the Revolution. Especially since you are from the point of view of Nathaniel, it felt like I was actually living in the time of the Revolution. Finally, this game gave many different decisions that you could make, and so much information about the Boston Tea Party. Perhaps one day there will be a simulated game about our time.

  42. I did enjoy the game. I give it 4 stars because I saw that it was very informational. Although it may not guided me very well in trying to accomplish missions, it provided me with many educational facts I did not know about in the past. For example, the certain items in the printshop. I also liked the way it walked you through past events that had happened during this time period such as the Boston Massacre. Not only did they give you real-life projects to do but they made it very independent. However, I feel that they could have given a suggestion as to where the people or items may be. I had trouble finding the areas and they offered no help whatsever. Lastly, I liked the game because it didnt lecture you for 20 minutes. It let you decide on what to say and what path to choose.

  50. This game way fun to me. I have to say that I dont like history, but thid game made it much more fun than what I thought it would be. At times it made me feel like I was in that time frame, as I usually feel when I read good books by good authors(like, J.K. Rowling) when I say that, that means this was, obviously, a very good game. Well, sometimes it could be annoying,'cause the people sounded depressed, and didn't express much feeling. Anyways, in shorter words, I give this a four and a half. <3

  51. The Mission US game was a lot of fun! Some of my favorite part was how accurate the game actually was! The way the game looked, and felt like I was living in Boston in that time. The sounds and the characters made it all the better. The directions made the game challenging, but yet not too challenging.

I felt that they could give you more choices of what to say, instead of saying the same thing but in different ways. I rated this a 4 out of 5. I rated it this because you were able to choose your fate; it didn't choose it for you. You were able to stay with your love, go away on a ship, or become a printer. 68. I actually really enjoyed the game. What better of a way is there to learn about the colonies through a game? I learned so much while playing mission US- mostly because I was in the shoes of a person of the colonies. I thought this game was a great way to interact with historical figures such as Paul Revere and Philis Wheally, and it was also a great way to learn more about events such as the Boston Tea Party, and the Boston Massacre. Additionally, I loved how you were responsible to pick your own path; to go overseas, to go with Constance, or to stay in Boston and fight. This made you feel the pressure that actual colonists had to deal with, and learn the consequences and perks of one path. Over all, I gave this game a 5 out of 5 stars, and I hope many other children get the chance to play this great game like we did.

  70. I would give the Mission-Us game a four out of five stars because although it was fun it wasn't perfect. You play as Nathaniel,an apprentice for a printer in Boston at the time of the American Revolution. I enjoy how there is historical events including the Boston Tea Party and the Boston Massacre allowing you to interact with different colonists. However, some of the flaws in the game include a small town of Boston,it would have felt better if the town of Boston had been expanded to a much larger area. Additionally, another complaint I have is that the second half feels to short in comparison to the first half. Overall, the game is engaging and after you've finished the game you can play again or try the mini-games you unlock.
